Community and INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER

We have an exciting opportunity for a Community and Investment Partnerships Manager  to join our team!

In this leadership role, you will drive inclusive and culturally grounded investment engagement by building trusted relationships with Aboriginal businesses, Traditional Owners, and community partners across the Northern Territory.

Based in Darwin and reporting to the Chief Investment Officer, you will lead a team focused on investee relations—ensuring our investments are both commercially sound and community-driven—while also providing strategic guidance and mentorship to the Aboriginal Business Engagement and Support Manager, who oversees our Community Engagement Advisers.

You will play a key role in identifying, shaping, and supporting investment opportunities that align with self-determination and deliver long-term economic development for Aboriginal Territorians.

Director of investments

We are excited to be hiring a Director of Investments to join our investment team.

As the Director of Investments, you will lead investment strategy and execution for Aboriginal Investment NT’s Nation-Building Investment portfolio. You’ll manage high-impact opportunities, build partnerships with Aboriginal communities and investors, and support the delivery of long-term, sustainable economic outcomes across the Northern Territory.

This senior leadership role works closely with the Chief Investment Officer and manages a team of Analysts, with responsibility for pipeline development, deal structuring, risk management, and investment governance.

If you have a background in impact investing, venture capital, private capital (debt and equity), or strategic finance—and you're passionate about driving investment outcomes that empower Aboriginal communities—we’d love to hear from you!

Salary range: $170,000 - $200,000
