General Manager - Strategy
We have an amazing new opportunity for a General Manager - Strategy to be part of the transformation and join our team!
The General Manager – Strategy is responsible for shaping Aboriginal Investment NT’s strategic policy, community engagement, advocacy, and communications functions.
Based in Darwin and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this position plays a critical role in supporting and aligning the organisation’s core activities to its purpose, values and strategic objectives.

Investment Partnerships Manager
We have an exciting new opportunity for an Investment Partnerships Manager to join our team!
In this leadership role, you will need to operate at both a strategic and operational level — shaping systems change to strengthen priority sectors, while supporting the on-the-ground deployment of capital into Aboriginal businesses and community-driven investments.
Based in Darwin and reporting to the Chief Investment Officer, in this role you will lead the Investee Relations Officer/s, ensuring our investments are both commercially sound and community-driven. You will play a key role in identifying, shaping, and supporting investment opportunities that align with self-determination and deliver long-term economic development for Aboriginal Territorians.

Community Development Adviser
We have an exciting opportunity for a Community Development Adviser to join our team!
Come and join a progressive organisation committed to encouraging self-management and economic self-sufficiency as key elements of Aboriginal self-determination.
Based in either Darwin or Alice Springs, this role reports to the Manager of Collective Impact and is a key member of the Collective Impact team. The Community Development Adviser plays a critical role in delivering Aboriginal Investment NT’s collective impact program. This position is responsible for working in partnership with identified Aboriginal communities to design and deliver a Collective Impact Initiative Plan.
Strong communications and collaboration skills, and a deep understanding of Aboriginal cultural and governance contexts are required.
If you have excellent consultation and communication skills, a demonstrated ability to facilitate inclusive and collaborative processes, as well as a strong commitment to empowering Aboriginal communities, we’d love to hear from you!
