Strategic Policy Lead

We have an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Policy Lead to join our team!


This role will assist to shape and guide Aboriginal Investment NT’s policy agenda to promote and ultimately achieve its strategic objectives and legislative mandate.


Based in Darwin and reporting to the General Manager - Strategy, you will be responsible for developing clear, evidence-based and solution-focused policy strategies and frameworks for the purpose of supporting sustainable, community-led development opportunities for Aboriginal communities and businesses in the NT.


The Strategic Policy Lead will manage strategic engagement with key external stakeholders to influence the broader policy landscape and promote Aboriginal self-determination in the NT. The role will also draft and coordinate key organisational reports, including annual reports and corporate plans, and lead preparation for Senate Estimates hearings.
