Developed by Aboriginal people, for Aboriginal people, the new RISE UP program combines digital learning, workshops, and 14 years of deep community listening to build confident leaders across the Northern Territory.
RISE UP by Tanyah Nasir Consulting Services builds confident people and strengthens Aboriginal workforce capability through digital learning, facilitated workshops and ongoing implementation support.

Aboriginal Investment NT funded the content creation and development of the curriculum for the Learning/Training Platform.
The RISE UP program is not just another online course. This unique program is developed by Aboriginal people. It’s Aboriginal-led from top to bottom, created and delivered by Aboriginal people – for Aboriginal people. RISE UP will deliver positive outcomes for Aboriginal people in the NT and has 4 full-time Aboriginal employment positions.

The organisation aims to develop Aboriginal leaders and build confident employees across public, private and not for profit sectors in the Northern Territory.
