With our rapid confirmed expansion with these new contracts, as well as a significant pipeline of opportunities, this project looks to quickly increase our fleet and equipment to not only better perform under these existing contracts, but also take up new opportunities that we would otherwise be unable to without funding support.

The primary use of funds will be to purchase advanced leak detection equipment, including acoustic and diagnostic tools, which will improve accuracy, reduce job time, and allow the business to take on more complex and higher-value work. This investment will directly increase service capacity and create new income opportunities.

Funding will also support business development costs, including website improvements, local marketing, and branding to increase visibility and attract new customers. This will help establish a strong presence in the NT market and generate consistent workflow.

strengthen and expand All People Holistic Support Pty Ltd by increasing workforce capacity, improving outreach capability, and formalising structured youth and community programs.

Funding will support the recruitment of Aboriginal support staff, expansion of remote outreach services, improved operational systems, and the development of structured youth mentoring and cultural programs. Investment in transport, technology, and business systems will allow the organisation to safely deliver services to underserved communities across the Northern Territory.

The project will position the business to increase NDIS participant numbers, diversify income streams, and secure long-term service agreements. It will also strengthen governance, compliance systems, and operational efficiency to support sustainable growth.

Through this project, the business will transition from a small sole-operated provider into a scalable Aboriginal-owned enterprise creating local employment and expanding culturally safe services across Darwin and remote NT communities.
